1. Is business simulation training a fun-centered gamification-based education?
- Business simulation training is engaging because it involves decision-making in situations similar to real businesses, generating performance outcomes, team competition, and collaboration among team members. However, it is not related to games at all.
- B2LSoft’s business simulation training is not gamification-based education.
Instead, it is a Serious Business Simulation, similar to pilot training simulations or war simulations.
2. Is business simulation training an experiential program for new employees?
- In the past, due to the lack of high-quality business simulation content, it was mainly used in new employee onboarding programs in the form of board games.
- B2LSoft has developed a total of 15 business simulations, including 6 role-based simulations and 9 customized simulations. These simulations are utilized in training programs for various job levels (executives, managers, and employees) across eight of South Korea’s top ten conglomerates. In particular, B2L Soft has been conducting training for 2,200 executive candidates over 11 years in the SLP executive candidate program at Samsung HR Development Center, demonstrating the excellence of its content, training programs, and instructors.
3. Isn't business simulation training difficult?
- Business management involves multiple functions that are intricately interconnected, making it naturally a challenging process. It is not a simple “1+1=2” learning method but rather a process of iterative learning through repetition.
- B2LSoft’s business simulation training involves repeated cycles of environment analysis, setting business goals and strategies, collaboration between value chains, managerial decision-making, and performance analysis. Through experiencing failures and reflections, participants enhance their management capabilities.
4. Isn't business simulation training lacking in knowledge learning?
- Business simulation training focuses on experiential learning and competency development, so if the goal is knowledge acquisition, training methods such as lectures or e-learning would be more appropriate.
- B2LSoft’s business simulation training enhances experiential assets and strengthens a learning mindset through reflection, making it an effective approach for skill development and hands-on learning.
