Simulation Method
Participants take on five executive roles — CEO, CMO, COO, CHO, and CFO — within a realistic business environment.
Participants engage in:
- 48 business decision-making tasks
- 12 strategic decision-making scenarios
- 40 mission-based management challenges
Performance is evaluated based on three key competencies:
- Ability to generate short-term business results
- Capacity for long-term sustainable management
- Capability to drive change and innovation
