Step into the role of an executive and simulate real business scenarios—growth, crisis, and competition. Learn by doing as you repeat the full management cycle: Plan → Execute → Analyze. Market shifts and customer responses are dynamically reflected, turning theory into action.

Develop strategic thinking through hands-on decision-making in areas like risk, resources, and market strategy. Results are instantly measured and visualized with a built-in analyzer, helping participants understand the impact of their choices.

Understand how departments like marketing, finance, and HR work together. Instructors provide in-depth feedback based on four detailed reports—explaining not just what happened, but why, and how to improve.

2025.04

I thought it was too complicated until the orientation, but as we went through each round with my colleagues, it seemed fun. It was good to experience making decisions by considering variables at the macroeconomic and company-wide level, and especially because the team was composed of sales/accounting/human resources, it was good to be able to hear professional opinions during the simulation. Since it was a game, I think I made some mistakes such as estimation and prediction/excessive confidence, but while working on the actual task, I reflected on the need to make decisions based on more data and systematic thinking.

2025.04

When I work, I tend to focus only on the work I do, but I realized that it is important to look at the work as a whole. I learned that the company can do well only when various fields collaborate well, and that a single choice can affect a lot of money. It was difficult because I was not familiar with the terminology, but I think it was an opportunity to indirectly feel the charm of running a company through this training. Thinking and making decisions from the perspective of management is not easy, and I realized that in order to make the relevant information more accurate when making actual decisions, there must be numerous reports and difficult feedback that are broken.

2025.04

It was a useful time to learn how to overcome important corporate decisions and crisis situations. It was a great help in understanding the important factors that must be decided according to each quarter’s situation and the organic factors of each part. I learned that improving organizational culture does not necessarily guarantee success and that there is great responsibility when investing. (2025.04)

2025.01

It was an opportunity to look at the perspectives of CMO, COO, CHO, and CFO in management, and I was able to understand the role of COO in improving productivity as well as the need for collaboration with CHO and CFO to improve employee satisfaction. It was a useful training that I think will allow me to perform my work with a broad view of the overall management while performing the role of COO in the field.

2024.11

It was a highly immersive training session that I didn’t even realize how time passed. I learned that speed and timing are important in decision-making, and that there are many things to consider. It is important to learn from experience, but I felt that it was very important to capture the changes at that time without being immersed in the previous situation. I came to think that working as a team increases the possibility of responding. It was a very beneficial time to indirectly experience the actual management situation and gain a broad perspective, and through various decision-making processes, I was able to deeply understand the complexity of management and the importance of strategic thinking. I think this experience will be of great help in my future work and management decisions.
